I was raised in Hong Kong and spent countless holidays on O'ahu before my family officially made the island our home in 2016. Growing up, I cherished my time here — whether participating in local summer camps, snorkeling at Hanauma Bay, or volunteering with Ronald McDonald House Hawaii.
After graduating from Loyola Marymount University, I started my career working for a family office investor, where I evaluated small businesses and learned what makes a great company tick. Looking to get closer to daily operations, I joined a fast-growing startup and managed a sales team, focusing on building strong relationships with customers.
Determined to broaden my perspective, I returned to school to earn my MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business, where I discovered Entrepreneurship through Acquisition. The realization that I could lead a dynamic team, protect and grow a business, and provide a seamless, rewarding exit for an owner ready to pass the torch really excited me.
